Carpe Diem Finest Fingerfood

Getreidegasse 50

About

Carpe Diem has much going for it: An elegant 'concept' restauarant with an excellent location at the end of Gegreidegasse, it is trendy, upscale and popular. Featuring 'fingerfood', its menu features carefully chosen morsels of different flavours in sometimes surprising combinations, creating a fusion of exquisite tastes. Each menu choice is served in a small edible cone and comprises perhaps only two or three bites. Upstairs a dining room offers more conventional meals. Carpe Diem's sleek interior is artful, dim and inviting. In good weather it offers comfortable tables spilling out to the sidewalk. Right in the centre of the action, it's a great spot for watching people – or watching the horrse-drawn Fiakers pass on the nearby street.
