The Capitole is an inexpensive restaurant whose main asset is the view it offers of Tunis's main drag, Bourguiba Avenue. The dining room is on the second floor. An economical menu gives you the opportunity to test the Tunisian classic dishes: Briks, Mechouia Salad and Couscous. The dishes are unsophisticated though well cooked. N.L.
