The Capital III is an unassuming, neighborhood restaurant with a destinctive Vietnamese decor. The menu is fairly extensive but like many Barcelona places, the mid day specials are very good deals - for value and variety of dishes. Dinner is a bit more formal, but still good value. We especially liked the calamari dishes, the chicken dishes and the pork dishes. Soups, when ordered, were also good. We tended to eat here during lunch time -when many people working in the area find this a good place to meet. Since it is only 2 blocks from Sagrada Familia, tourists should try walking over to Napols for this real neighborhood restaurant instead of staying just around the cathedral.
