The Cairns Night Zoo is a great Aussie night out! Come and see what the Aussies get up to after dark! Enjoy a delicious barbecue of steak, chicken, fresh prawns, steamed rice and vegetables, salads and desserts. Your night also includes a complimentary beer or wine upon arrival. Juice and soft drinks are included during the night. After dinner, the guided spotlighting tour is a great experience! Meet some of Australia's favourite animals. See crocodiles, koalas, an owl, maybe something slithering and other furry creatures. During the tour sample Billy Tea and Damper around the campfire with the authentic 'Swaggie' and the tame kangaroos. You will have the kangaroos eating out of your hand. Back at the entertainment area exchange the spotlight for a refreshment and join in with the resident bush musician. Time to learn some great Aussie folk songs and dance with the 'zoo folk'. Nothing too serious here and it's great fun for all ages and nationalities. Transfers are available from Cairns, Northern Beaches and Palm Cove . Numbers are limited so pre booking is absolutely essential.
