Cafe Roland is located at the junction of Haibin Scenic Spot and Badaguan Scenic Spot, facing the sea and with its back against Badaguan. It can be called a courtyard bar or villa bar. The 600 square meter European courtyard can receive 150 persons; the 300-square-meter villa with three floors has wooden wall as well as bronze doors and windows.
