Cachaca Museum

The Cachaca Museum is located just outside of Fortaleza , about 25 km south of the city. The museum, which opened in 2000, there is a guided tour through the factory Ypioca. It is the burning of the tradional Cachaca's shown from the sugar cane in its individual steps and the story of the founding family Telles de Menezes is presented in detail. One of the founding family villa from 1846 houses the Museum. There is also a gift shop and restaurants on the premises.
