Busan tower is the cities representative birds eye view of the southern districts the lift ticket to the top is a manageable fee which unfortunately has changed since the last time I was up. For a 500 won at the top you can use powered binoculars to see around the area, to get a better view of the port or fish market. This attraction is most commonly paired with the Namo-dong shopping district and Jalgachi fish market. To get there get off the subway at the nampo-dong market and walk towards the big tower. :)
