The location is hard to beat, overlooking the River Tagus at Belém, one of Lisbon's most historic and picturesque neighbourhoods. Contemporary in design and achingly stylish, the spa facility covers 1000 sq. metres and encloses a superb indoor swimming pool, with sauna, Hamman and Turkish bath options. Experience showers are also available. Inspired by a holistic philosophy but always seeking innovative new treatments, BSpa is one of the few spas in Lisbon to embrace oxygen therapy technology to complement the ancient oriental traditions of relaxation. A recommended treatment is Watsu (Shiatsu in water). Personal training lessons can be arranged at the fitness gym, and yoga, pilates, Tai-Chi Chuan and Chi-Kung is also offered.
