Broadmeadow Equestrian Centre can be found near the town of Ashbourne in County Meath and is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Dublin International Airport and 25 minutes from Dublin City.Whatever your level, their excellent facilities and first-class horses and ponies ensure that they will find an activity and a mount perfectly suited to your needs. The equestrian centre features three arenas, one indoor with a premier cushion surface to ensure excellent footing and two outdoor floodlit arenas. Indoors you will also find their reception area, a coffee shop, washroom facilities and a viewing gallery to watch these wonderful horses in action.The centre runs a young rider programme every July and August that welcomes unaccompanied children between the ages of 12 and 18, with riders of all levels being catered for. The programme includes 18 hours riding tuition per week and the emphasis is on fun, learning and riding safety. Accommodation is on-site in the Duff family home, which can accommodate 10 children comfortably. What a fantastic way to make lifelong friends.They also run non-residential pony camps during the school holidays.
