There are lots of places that are happy to imitate the real thing, but we aren't one of them. Brian's Grill house serves only authentic well prepared food. When possible we source our ingredients from local organic suppliers, but when certain items or seasonings are not available here in Nepal we import the real thing to make sure that the flavors and textures of our food meet with or surpass your expectation.
