This is a tranquil, peaceful and very private rural cottage which stands in its own spacious and mature site in Glenshesk, one of the nine Glens of Antrim. There are stunning views of Knocklayde mountain, a stream which runs along the back of the cottage and no close neighbours. The cottage is close to the Moyle Way and so ideal for walkers as well as those seeking a private escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. It is just six miles from the pretty seaside town of Ballycastle with its excellent restaurants and pubs, as well as being an ideal location to tour the North Antrim Coast and Glens.The ground floor accommodaton consists of a modern fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower over the bath, living room with open fire and a further sitting room, also with open fire - fuel provided.The kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with antique brass/iron beds and original, castiron fireplaces.As well as plenty of space around the property, there is also a sheltered west facing patio area with seating and barbecue. High chair and cot available.
