Whether you're working towards a sommelier license or you don't know the first thing about wine, Bread & Wine aims to please you.  Their menu includes hearty food like a chorizo burger with Wisconsin white cheddar and red onion jam on a pretzel roll and lighter fare like pumpkin seed crusted tofu with lentils and pickled oyster mushrooms.  If you're feeling curious, watch your meal as it's made in the open kitchen.  Chef Curtis Gamble offers some gourmet takes on bar food like fried pickles and kielbasa with housemade mustard and sauerkraut.  The wine list is comprised mostly of small batch vintages from Oregon, Washington, and the Paso Robles region in California's Central Coast.
