The Batu Maung Bottle Temple is one of the more unusual temples in Penang, as it is decorated with a variety of bottles: some green glass, others plaster/china with decorations. The official name of the temple is the Cheng Choo Tze Temple and is dedicated to the Taoist deity Kew Loong Sern Tze. The temple is located on the hill road that leads to Teluk Tempoyak and was registered on 26 November 2001.
