Boh Tea Centre and Sg Palas Plantation was founded in 1929 by J.A. Russel, a British businessman during the British colonial era in Malaya. To ensure the freshness of its tea products, Boh Tea Plantations also set up a packaging factory near its main garden. Boa tea products are distributed both in domestic and international markets. The road journey to the Boh Tea Plantation is quite an adventure itself. Boh Tea Plantation has a total of 8000 acres planted with tea. The largest tea plantation in Southeast Asia.
