Blue Diamond Restaurant, Lakeside Road (just 3 shops south of Mt.Kailas Resort, south end of Lakeside). We found it to be one of the cheapest and consistently good small eateries along Lakeside, and ate there daily for months. Good western style breakfasts for 180 rupes ($2.50usd), good Nepali Khanna (Dhal Bhat) for 130 rupes. Why pay 200-300 for Nepali food elsewhere Friendly owners, say hi to "Mousa" (Rosmi) their little girl.
