Blue Bottle Coffee at the Ferry Building Marketplace is a modern espresso bar in the north nave. Coffee drinks include a menu of espresso drinks, individually prepared drip coffee, and New Orleans iced coffee. Owner James Freeman's wife, Caitlin, creates daily desserts using mostly organic ingredients, and Blue Bottle Kitchen offers other coffee-compatible edibles such as granola and Belgian waffles. The shop also carries Blue Bottle Coffee's line of artisan micro roasted coffee beans.
