Blue Agave is a Mexican restaurant serving authentic Mexican food in an upscale, contemporary atmosphere. Chef Jared Clarke has designed a menu inspired by the many regions and varieties of foods that Mexico has to offer. Everything is made in-house using only the freshest authentic ingredients.
