Located inside the Westin Key West Resort, Bistro 245 is casual sophistication. Cold salads, gazpacho and seafood cocktails ramp up a light lunch menu, as well as burgers, po' boys and pita sandwiches. At night, it's all about fresh soups, seafood, steaks, and a little more seafood! Snapper, lobster, mahi mahi and shrimp are prepared in sumptuous, mouth-waterings ways. My recommendation Start the night out right with shrimp empanadas drizzled in a chipolte pepper sauce, for sure.
