Kalasubai Harischandragad Wildlife Sanctuary near Bhandardara is home to wide ranging wildlife, birds, repliles and butterflies.Birds spotted here are mainly common hill and grassland birds such as Kingfishers, raptors, Barbets and Shrikes. One can also spot waterbirds such as White Necked Stork, Black Ibis, Purple & Pond Heron, Cattle, Little & Large Egrets, Little & Large Cormorants and Water hens.
