Biorhythm Wellness & Spa on Kaloor-Kadavanthara Road, Cochin was launched in early 2009 to offer gym and spa services to both men and women. At Biorhythm, a client enrolled for a health and fitness program undergoes body assessment, diet evaluation, and strength and stamina training by qualified trainers. The gym has all necessary equipment such as treadmills, elliptical trainers, exer-cycles and weight-training equipment, among others. The ambience and acoustic systems are designed to ensure comfortable workout sessions. Personal trainers are available.

Everything is good at the start.. lack of maintenance ,floors are having cracks and dusty ,half of the treadmills and cross trainers make a lot of noise
