Bing Crosby Restaurant & Piano Lounge is a throwback to a bygone era, the restaurant offers diners more than elegant and upscale dining, but also an experience, paying tribute to "Der Bingle" one of America's greatest crooners. Golf course-casual by day, Hollywood-glam by night, the setting captures all the glory of the 1930s, from the sumptuous décor to the California Country Club Cuisine. The ambiance is a throwback to the laid-back swing era which evokes a warm rush of nostalgia to each and every guest. The menus change seasonally, allowing Executive Chef Mike Wilson to take advantage of the freshest produce, fish, shellfish, meat and game dishes.
