Bharatidasan Memorial Museum

 Bharathidasan Memorial Museum is situated Pondicherry Town, in Pondicherry District. The museum is built in memory of Kanakasubburatnam, also known as Bharathidasan, a famous Tamil poet. His house at Perumal Koil Street has been made into a museum. Bharathidasan Memorial Museum houses the personal belongings Kanakasubburatnam and a beautiful statue Bharathidasan.Bharati Museum is the place where the ^gendary Tamil poet Bharathi took asylum after arriving in Pondicherry in 1908. The museum has a good collection of rare photographs, manuscripts written in Bharathiar's own hand, volumes of his works and papers he published Bharthidasan Memorial Museum is located at Perumal Koil Street where Kanakasubburatnam, a disciple of Bharathiar lived.The house has also been converted to a memorial, which attracts literary pilgrims.
