When two friends collide Central Florida gets a storm of sweet treats raining from the sky. Erica and Emily are the creative and culinary wizards behind the Bee's Knees Sweet Treats shop, started in 2010, which specializes in mini confections. A few of the local favorites are the Cheeky Monkey (peanut butter, banana, chocolate chips cupcake topped with a dark chocolate glaze), Cookie & Cream Sammiches (miniature homemade chocolate chip cookie sandwich filled with whipped cream and chocolate chips) and the No Big Whoopie Pies (miniature chocolate cake sandwich filled with Nutella Fluff). All ingredients are locally grown and all items are made from scratch daily. This dynamic duo is certainly adding a little more sweetness into everyday life.
