Bazaar Global Food Bar is the newest venture for the Amaya Group of Restaurants. The menu aims to combine the ingredient specificity of global flavours with the culinary finesse of casual fine dining, building recipes around fresh and seasonal produce, but using a number of classical culinary techniques as well. The vibrant and energetic main dining room has soaringly high ceilings and reclaimed wood - using the natural elements of the the building. Towards the back, a smaller private is sleek and private.
