This is a piece of the Caribbean in the centre of Rome, complete with beaches and palm trees. Lots of tropical music helps the customers ease into the small hours. Tex-Mex food with Texas steaks and Mexican tacos are offered alongside all kinds of salads as well as Caribbean specialities. There are a series of tables in front of the Frisco Bay-style counter, which is shaped like a boat.
