Kerikeri Golf Club is a meticulously maintained 6101 metre championship golf course in the beautiful Bay of Islands, Northland, a four hour drive from Auckland. The course makes wonderful use of the contours sculpted by the Puketotara Stream and the Kerikeri River and provides beautiful views of New Zealand native bush and birds. The signature 13th hole is a 120 metre par 3 over a steep drop to a generous green well protected by bunkers and water hazards with a sweep of the river at the back of the green. The 18 hole par 73 golf course was opened in 1973. Kerikeri is a delightful township with many restaurants, boutique shopping, vineyards, art galleries, craft shops and many interesting historical buildings.
