Hidden from view, down a steep flight of stairs, the dining area is tucked away in a beautifully refurbished former stone cellar with vaulted ceilings. Around fifty cheeses are kept in peak condition before being used in the seasonal dishes featured on the menu. Indulge in one of the delicious offerings of melted cheese with potato, onion and other ingredients, complemented by a bottle of wine selected from the display upstairs. Capacity: fifty diners.
