About

In the years between 1950 and 1975 their son Rudolf bindella (1905 - 1982) acquired various restaurants with different concepts in Zurich, Lausanne and Neuchâtel. In 1965 he opened near the Limmat place in Zurich the first wood fired pizzeria Switzerland.
