Barak River

The Barak River of Tamenglong flows near Tamenglong and is a major source of water and irrigation for the city. In addition to this it is also a great tourist spot. Along the river there are seven beautiful waterfalls in a row, very close to each other.

Water rushes down from the high top and if one can imagine all the falls together, it can be one unforgettable site. Visitors enjoy playing in the chilled water and taking photographs.
