Bar Saude. Located across the hall from Bar Flat (below the 100 yen store next to Ramen Alley) this is a tiny, but fun Portuguese restaurant. It only has a few tables and a bar, so it fills up quickly! The owners are a very nice young married couple (Yuko and Takashi) who are learning English. Yuko serves and handles the bar, while Takashi whips up delicious small bites in the tiny kitchen. It is great to watch him cook while sipping a glass of the many fine wines available.
