We offer traditional and authentic Shanghai and Sichuan style Cuisine which comes with great value for money! Shanghai Cuisine has a choice blend of the most appealing aspects of other national styles of food. Firstly, it makes great use of fresh meat, vegetables, and especially various seafood ingredients such as fish, prawns and crab. Secondly, it has a great number of signature dishes made from various seasonal ingredients. Thirdly, we incorporate a wide range of cooking techniques which have been adopted and include steaming, braising, stewing, stir-frying, quick-frying, deep-frying, boiling, marinating, smoking, and roasting.
