Bang Niang beach after some months with very high tides is not anymore a single beautiful stretch of sand. Around the ramp to the beach at the end of Soi Bang Niang there are now some very high walls that will cut the beach at all at high tide. It seems that some constructors have ignored the post Tsunami requirement of not building within x metres of the highest high tide mark.
