Bally's classic and classy shoes lure you in from the upper deck of the Pacific Place shopping center, with such goodies as baby-soft leather lounge slippers and smooth-as-silk loafers. Black and brown, formal and a bit less so, these shoes are awfully hard to resist, though their prices are less so. The shop is small and the goods delicious, so you may have to fight your way to the merchandise, but it is worth it. Remember, even if you are dressed up to the nines, you can lose the whole effect in the shoes, so indulge.
