Bakku, (Just off Kokusai-dori, around the corner from Afro-nest. Located on the 2nd floor). A friendly, homely bar with great staff and a good crowd. The selection of beers is nice and the food is delicious. Try Haruka's Raftee! It also has Strongbow, for people trying to find some cider.
