The story of BAHBQ began in Rio Grande Do Sul in southern Brazil, where the founders were born. Growing up like all Gaucho kids, they were immersed in the centuries-old Gaucho culture, a rich blend of traditions between European immigrants and Brazilian natives. As far as Brazilian cuisine goes, churrasco is probably the best known Brazilian food so far. It has a long tradition among the cowboys (or gauchos as we call them) having originated on the Rio Grande do Sul plains, where the big beef herds roam. It gradually spread through the whole country, and now expats like us have carried this proud tradition of Brazilian BBQ far across the seas. The dinner timings is from 6 pm to 10:30 pm.
