A great place to get samgyetang, the stuffed chicken soup that's eaten during the hottest days of summer (though it's lovely in the winter as well). The chefs here use only young spring chickens, which have the tenderest meat. This oh-so-healthy meal is best enjoyed with some insamju (ginseng wine). So, sit down on one of the floor cushions, pull yourself up to one of the shiny wooden tables, and prepare to sweat the summer heat (or warm the winter blues) away with the hot broth.
