Bactria Cultural Centre is an educational and cultural center founded by the international NGO ACTED in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, in 2001. Bactria aims to aid the development of culture by offering access to information through seminars and workshops, vocational language, and computer training, and organizing art events such as exhibitions and concerts1.The center also strives to develop contemporary arts as well as to preserve cultural heritage and acts as one of the focal points for the development of Central Asian culture.
