About

Ronja Räubertochter (Ronia the Robber's Daughter), the Bremer Stadtmusikanten (Town Musicians of Bremen), the physicist Albert Einstein, and the composer Johann Sebastian Bach are all equally important at the Atze Musictheatre and are incorporated into creative and artistic theatrical performances for children and young people. These and many other stories are brought to the stage in riveting multi-media performances with upbeat music and beautiful scenery. The quality of these shows is demonstrated by the fact that in 2012, the Atze's performance of Frau Holle (Mother Hulda) won the Ikarus, the prize for the best children's theatre production in Berlin. In Germany's biggest musical theatre, there's space for 480 guests in the Max-Beckmann theatre hall, while the studio houses another 150 seats. The main target audiences are families and school groups with children aged from 4-13. For boat tours, sightseeing bus tours, attractions, museums and more.
