The original Arun's Restaurant opened in 1998 on the Hibiscus Coast in Hilltop, Orewa. It was there that owner Arun Torvi created a curry sensation with unique flavours that have continued to be enjoyed over the past decade. The Orewa restaurant moved in 2006 to Albany Village and he closed this establishment earlier 2010 to embark on a fresh venture. Arun has recently created a new restaurant in Karangahape Road in the renowned IRONBANK Development. Car parking entry is from Cross Street and there you will find fully automated, state-of-the-art parking facilities that will park your car in a safe and secure holding bay; all you need to do is take the lift directly to the restaurant. This new establishment brings a twist to the term Indian Restaurant. A modern Indian experience is offered, ranging from flavoursome curries, succulent flavours of the Tandoori and a mouth watering tapas selection. You can choose to dine in or takeout and they have a delivery service. Arun's Restaurant is open seven days a week for lunch from 11am until 4pm and for dinner 4pm until midnight. Arun's has always been a family operated business,with values such as that personal touch always being a dominating factor. Arun says "We give a heartfelt thank youto our regular clientele from 1998 until present, many of whom have since become friends and family."
