Arukula is a small borough in Harju County , northern Estonia . It is the administrative centre of Raasiku Parish . The manor was established at the end of the 17th century. From 1766, it belonged to the von Baranoffs. The one-storey stone Classicist manor house was presumably built in the 1820s. At the end of the 19th century, a wooden storey was added. Since the 1920s, the manor house serves as a school.
