Located at SongZhuang, TongZhou of Beijing, Artist Village Gallery is run by a SongZhuang artist and his wife, mainly to promote the works from SongZhuang artists. With total 3000 exhibiting space and a 8000 botanic gardenÂArtist Village Gallery has one of Beijing's largest exhibiting space focusing on contemporary art. As the earlist and biggist gallery in SongZhuang, the gallery and it's owner experienced the development of SongZhuang, and the gallery itself has become an important witness of Artist Village. It's a must see place for visiting SongZhuang.Though it is a good idea to make an appointment before you go. This is a very large gallery, which aims at making local Songzhuang artists famous and making it possible for them to stay in the village while they build their fame.
