This pub is divided into two areas. The taverna, set in an old cellar of subterranean Milan that runs alongside the canal, is decorated to rekindle the spirit of the former bierkeller. The larger room, with its seating area is more for eating the house specialities and washing them down with some great beers or cocktails. Romantic, intimate atmosphere but also informal and relaxed, so equally suited to a romantic meal as an evening out with friends. The background music is generally quite commercial.
