Macedonio Alcalá also known as the Andador (walking street) is a connecting street that takes one through the Centro and to the Zócalo. It is a pedestrian walkway littered with libraries, craft shops, plazas, churches and museums. Take the center of the city to the north, passing through Santo Domingo.
