The TO-DO fish was opened by brothers Ergün, Sezgin and Ibrahim Kilicdagi 2009, which operate the cafe TO-DO at the fountain market since spring 2006. Just like the Cafe TO-DO has also TO-DO fish over a beautiful garden terrace on the Piazza at the end of the fountain market.
