T he original Amazing Sandwich Deli Restaurant opened near the Thai Airways office in Chiang Mai's Old City 15 years ago in 1998, moving in 2004 to its current location on Huay Kaew Road (almost opposite the Central Shopping Centre). It is still the only sandwich specialist in Chiang Mai (if not the whole of Thailand!), where tourists and local residents alike are literally spoilt for choice of fillings. As far as we know, no one offers a greater variety of sandwich and salad ingredients from traditional favourites to the more exotic. "Amazingly" you can choose from 14 meats including roast beef, pastrami, salami, parma ham, smoked chicken and turkey breast; then 8 types of cheese, 10 vegetables, 8 dressings and sauces plus 6 herbs & spices; then we pack them into one of several types of bread, buns and rolls that you can choose from.
