Alice's Restaurant is a place for real food. True cooking, clear flavours, seasonally based. Our food is meant to please, not dominate. We are here to enhance and enliven your day. Chef John Pekka Woods trained at the Stratford Chef's School where he graduated with honours and apprenticed at some of Canada's finest restaurants (Toque, Rundles, N44). Eight years in Niagara on the Lake solidified his belief in sourcing local, seasonal and organic food and wine while keeping an eye on one's carbon footprint. This influence can be felt throughout the menu, wine and cocktail list.
