Albion KL is the city's only real mod English pub offering gastro pub cuisine, inspired by the kitchens of Soho. Expect interesting, innovative starters and mains and delectable desserts. Not to worry you can still order fish and chips, pies and puddings but they take it up a notch by updating these old classics. Imagine beer battered groupa, served with hand cut chips. Their slow-roasted pork, spinach and ricotta dumplings, duck confit with braised cabbage, pan fried grey mullet and the luxuriously smooth (plus unique) mango panna cotta are all must-trys. For good traditional Sunday roast lunch. Albion KL has got to be it. Here, savor the succulent striploin with its side serving of fresh vegetables. Albion's Yorkshire puddings are fluffy, crunchy and to-die for. The service here is wonderful and the ambiance and cor is mod in line with the food served. You'll spot the owners, a local and a Londoner in the kitchen and the front of the house.
