How can you get the best of both By selecting a bar like Akerbeltz, where you can take your drink outside and be sitting right on the port. This tiny hole in the wall is opened late, and like many bars in the area, they don't mind if you carry your drinks outside. Order a caña, the local word for a glass of beer on tap, and sit on the stone steps right outside to watch the boats in the harbor.
