De Culinaire Werkplaats (The Culinary Workshop) is a novel cooking and eating experience located opposite Amsterdam's Westergasfabriek. It blends a design studio, workshop, restaurant, cooking studio, bakery and gallery with a few other “secret” ingredients. They create contemporary meals, snacks, totally new foods and sometimes even new ways of eating.What can you do at De Culinaire Werkplaats- Dine in an informal setting or pick up take away from the delicatessen- Learn about contemporary cooking by joining a workshop- Book the location for events that require a fresh setting and/or eating experience, like brainstorms, product launches, weddings, or press events
