Absara Spa is a large day spa facility located inside the Mirasierra Suites Hotel in northern Madrid, but you don't have to be a hotel guest to book treatments with the center. The center's spa circuit has pools with different jets, bithermal showers, a Jacuzzi, a pebble walk with alternating sprays, an artificial river, two lap lanes, a sauna, a steam room, and an outdoor pool for summer use only. Absara Spa also offers massages, facials, body wraps, body treatments, and physical therapy. Two of their more interesting treatments include your body being rubbed with yogurt, muesli, and honey, and an anti-aging wine treatment with a grapeseed body exfoliation, wine body wrap, and grapeseed oil massage. The adjoining fitness center offers group classes in activities like Pilates, yoga, Body Tonic, and Middle Eastern dance.
